Development & Design — We begin with a deep understanding of how the space must function. Our team conducts a complete needs analysis, evaluates workflow and operational requirements, and develops schematic plans that align with the intended use. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are coordinated early to avoid costly redesigns and ensure the space supports all technical and regulatory needs.
Demolition & Pre-Construction — Before construction begins, we establish the full project roadmap. This includes detailed budgeting, clear schedule development, and all essential site readiness steps. By resolving constraints up front and confirming the feasibility of all design elements, we create a stable foundation for fast, predictable execution.
Construction — Our construction phase is full service and highly coordinated. Corporex oversees all elements of the build out—from walls, flooring, and finishes to specialized infrastructure and building systems required for medical, laboratory, office, industrial, or technical environments. Our in house leadership ensures precision, quality control, and continuous communication throughout the build.
Certification & Closeout — At project completion, our team ensures the space is fully compliant, complete, and ready for occupancy. We manage all inspections, certifications, punch list resolution, and documentation to deliver a tenant ready space that meets every functional and regulatory requirement.
