Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate

Preparation of financial analysis and financial models used by the Company in connection with financings, asset acquisitions and new project underwriting associated with the Company’s real estate, hospitality, sports clubs and structured finance investment and development activities. Included in this position is the preparation of financial models depicting investment structures and potential investment returns for equity investors in Corporex projects. Responsibilities will include the spreading of financial statements, preparation of financing proposals along with quarterly reporting packages, market research, lease analysis, internal rate-of-return calculations, sensitivity analysis and other ad hoc analyses used by management in its decision making.

Maintenance Technician

Join the team which oversees our growing commercial real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market. As a Maintenance Technician at Corporex, you will carry out general repair and maintenance services at several assigned properties including responding to work orders, preventative maintenance programs, assisting on repair and improvement projects, and maintaining building systems. You will work on a team of fellow Maintenance Technicians reporting to the Lead Engineer of the assigned properties. The ideal candidate uses a proactive approach to maintaining the condition of the assigned properties.
