New Business Development Partner

This individual is responsible for portfolio office leasing, and other leasing opportunities i.e. Build-to-suit facilities across the Corporex Office portfolio; driving occupancy, revenue, and long-term asset value. This role reports to the Director of Leasing & Sales, and partners closely with Corporex Leadership, Development, Asset Management, and Property Management to develop new business within company goals. By combining deep industry expertise, a data-driven mindset, and strong business community and tenant relationships, the New Business Development Partner plays a key role in enhancing performance and positioning Corporex assets for success. Overall, urgency is key to success in this role - we're looking for a competitive achievement driven self-starter, and growth minded individual with upward ability, history of performance, and a desire to learn and to grow.

This role ensures marketing efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and delivered with a consistent, professional voice. The position also supports growth, engagement, sponsorship visibility, and the overall experience for players, families, coaches, and community partners.
Development & Construction Manager
Life Learning Center

SCOPE OF POSITION: The Development & Construction Manager coordinates and manages the expansion of Life Learning Center locations. The role leads site selection; negotiations relationship with the communities, licensing agreements where applicable, puts leases in place, oversees and approves designs, and design professionals; prepares project cost pro formas; solicits and evaluates contractor bids; negotiates contracts; and manages projects from planning through closeout. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to deliver projects, agreements, approvals, and all other necessary activities on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety requirements. Travel will be required based on the location and timing of expansion projects as the expansion program grows over time.
