Nancy Conard
Chief Operating Officer
Five Seasons Family Sports Club
Ms. Conard joined Five Seasons in 2001, as Business Office Manager for Cincinnati. Over her 20-year tenure with the Clubs Nancy has grown in her role and responsibilities, in 2017 she became Chief Club Officer, in 2020 was promoted to Vice President of Operations, and most recently was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in October 2022.
Ms. Conard has been successful leading a variety of teams while driving strategy to
increase revenue across all categories of the business. Her focus is to cultivate top talent in
tennis, fitness and kids programming to provide the best experience for members. Previously,
Nancy served as Store Manager at Macy’s encompassing three different store types, managing
all aspects of the business including the remodel and renovation process. Ms. Conard received
her B.S. in Business Administration & Management from University of Dayton.
