Brett Blackwell

Brett Blackwell comes to Corporex with nearly 20 years of banking experience. He most recently served as President of Guardian Savings Bank, overseeing day-to-day operations of 11 branch offices with about 200 employees and roughly $1.1 billion in assets.
Before that, Brett served as Senior Vice President of Central Bank, where he led direct calling efforts that resulted in more than $1 billion in new commitments. He also oversaw the growth in the bank’s Northern Kentucky market loan portfolio taking it from $124 million in 2015 to $550 million in 2021 at Central Bank.
His strong financial leadership and proven ability to create growth serves to strengthen Corporex’s ability to deliver outstanding community investments. Brett is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and has been a member of the Freestore Foodbank board since 2014.
