Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales and Marketing is a newly created executive-level role responsible for leading enterprise-wide marketing, sales, leasing, and branding initiatives across the Corporex Family of Companies. Reporting to the President, the SVP will play a critical role in driving top-line growth, developing strategic marketing campaigns, leading high-performing teams, and cultivating client and partner relationships across multiple business lines and projects. This role will also support the planning and growth of the OVATION development—a $1 billion real estate project featuring residential, office, hospitality, and entertainment components.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Lead marketing, sales, and leasing functions across Corporex and its affiliated businesses including:
- Corporex Property Management
- Corporex Development & Construction Management
- Corporex Capital
- Commonwealth Hotels
- Alpine Masters Builder
- Kings Hammer
- Build and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Develop and manage staffing plans, hiring, and training for enterprise-wide sales teams.
- Oversee brand development, digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and public relations.
- Lead sales force compensation and incentive program design and execution.
- Cultivate and expand business development relationships in commercial real estate, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
- Provide strategic leadership and team guidance for the marketing and leasing of the OVATION project, including over 1,000 residential units, 500,000 sq ft of office space, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
- Align enterprise sales and marketing goals with financial performance targets.
- Collaborate with other Corporex business units such as Kings Hammer and Alpine Mountain Ranch on cross-functional growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
- At least 15 years of progressive leadership in marketing and sales, preferably in real estate, development, hospitality, or related industries.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide branding and business development strategies.
- Proven record in driving top-line growth and revenue through effective campaigns and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Prior experience working in a privately held, entrepreneurial organization is a plus.
- Experience with launching and marketing complex, large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.
