Sales and Administrative Associate

Newport, KY

This position reports to the Residential Sales Director and is responsible for closing residential sales at Ovation and providing administrative and marketing support to the residential sales team.

Ovation is a 25-acre urban mixed-use development and sits at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking Rivers in Northern Kentucky. It is a vibrant riverfront destination that bridges the cities in the region, connects residents and the community directly to the rivers, and enables everyone to be transformed by the incredible river views combined with a boardwalk that transcends time.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Presentations of Ovation residential offerings to prospective buyers and closing new sales.
  • Facilitation and management of sales processes through closing.
  • Collaboration with VP of Marketing to ensure accurate and timely reporting in CRM.
  • Weekly updates to the 4-stage Sales Funnel on top prospects, scheduled presentations, and outcomes to SVP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Support the Sales Director with presentations, scheduling, events, and follow-up.
  • Support the Sales Director by organizing legal, contractual, and other topic-matter materials in electronic files for convenient retrieval.
  • Assist marketing by supporting social media platforms and marketing events.
  • Deliver results as assigned in the annual plan and execute quarterly assigned goals.
  • Engage broker community; attend networking events; and provide support to events in building brand and building pipeline.
  • Become knowledgeable of Corporex Companies, and all things relative to the Ovation development.
  • Purchase supplies and amenities for the Ovation Experience Center; stocked to serve prospective clients and current buyers.
  • Actively participate in the Sales & Marketing weekly meetings.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with the Property Management Team, Construction Team, Interior Design Team, Marketing Team, and Senior leadership.
  • Perform other duties that are required to provide full support to the Ovation sales efforts.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Administrative experience, 3 to 5 years preferred
  • Sales experience, 2 to 3 years preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
