60% Leased – Now Open
The opening of this building represents the first new construction Class A office building in the downtown urban core of the Cincinnati region since 2016.  The five-story Class A office building opened in August 2022 and is 60% leased with MegaCorp Logistics as its anchor tenant. Part of Ovation, a premier development opportunity in the Midwest, the office building is adjacent to the MegaCorp Pavilion music and event venue, a 133-room Homewood Suites by Hilton, and sits on top of a 550-car parking structure. Ovation boasts a walkable and accessible community, with a pedestrian bridge that connects the office and hotel to the residential and retail areas seamlessly.

Buildings 2 & 3 Under Construction
The Boardwalk Residences is at center stage of Ovation, a mixed-use masterpiece developed by Corporex on the banks of the Ohio River. There are three buildings that make up The Boardwalk Residences, boasting unobstructed views of the Cincinnati skyline in a community that is walkable, accessible, and maintenance free. Boardwalk Retail Under Construction
Within the vibrant and active Ovation community, with stunning views of the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati, retail space is available throughout the development. Ovation sits at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking Rivers in Newport, Kentucky with retail space available along the boardwalk at the base of The Boardwalk Residences, on the first floor of the two Ovation apartment buildings, as well as other buildings throughout the development. MegaCorp Pavilion at Ovation, the area’s premier concert and event experience, will bring in thousands of visitors regularly from their jam-packed schedule of concerts, corporate functions, and private engagements, opened in August 2021. Ovation Office 1 will open in late summer 2023, with 60% of the building already leased. The Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati is currently under construction. Additional buildings, hotels, and residential offerings will provide a generous customer base for any type of retail. Corporex is flexible with its square foot allocations for Ovation retail.

Under Construction
The Homewood Suites is Hilton’s flagship, upscale, extended stay brand, and this hotel is being constructed to Hilton’s newly updated design standards. The hotel, located at 201 West 4th Newport, KY 41071, features a plaza-level restaurant and bar as well as a rooftop bar that will overlook the unique views of the riverfront and Cincinnati skyline. Additional amenities include a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and access to the entire Ovation community.
