Residential
Corporex has set new standards for luxury living through its residential developments in Greater Cincinnati and Colorado. By mixing landmark architecture with groundbreaking lifestyle focused designs, Corporex brought the urban experience to a new level.
In conjunction with world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, Corporex developed two luxury residential condominiums in Denver, Colorado and Covington, Kentucky. Both the Denver Museum Residences and The Ascent won MSNBC Best Property Awards in 2008. Other notable residential properties include the redevelopment of a former schoolhouse in the historic Mount Adams neighborhood of Cincinnati, The Academy, Domaine de la Rive in Covington, Kentucky and the 1,200-acre Alpine Mountain Ranch development in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Our latest residential project started in May 2019 converting 290,000 square feet of office space into a luxury, boutique apartment community. Madison Place features 187 units with panoramic views of Cincinnati and the Ohio River. And the best is yet to come with the 25-acre Ovation development which will feature a mix of apartments and condos, restaurants, entertainment venues and a hotel.
