THE BRANDS
Corporex is a multi-branded, geographically dispersed, select-service hotel ownership, development and asset management organization. We concentrate on investment grade lodging chains and their respective brands selected to optimize a particular location and market. ACQUISITION OF HOTEL PROPERTIES

  • Seeking acquisition of existing hotels througout the continental United States in the select service segment.  Properties shall be less than 10 years old, and either currently operating under a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt franchise or can be converted into their systems. 
  • Distressed properties in foreclosure or in lender owned real estate are also prime candidates for acquisitions.

The Property. Ideally located in the commercial corridor of I-275 and within the western part of Corporex's world-class, 650-acre, mixed-use business park, Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport lies in a unique marketplace. Opened in June of 2000, this hotel has 120 spacious rooms.

Key Highlights and Demand Generators. Focused on the business traveler, Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport is readily accessible by both visitors to the business park as well as the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, which lies less than one mile away. With its closest competition an extended-stay Residence Inn, this Courtyard fills the gap for a one- or two-night stay.

The Property. Located on I-275, within CirclePort, Corporex's world-class, 650-acre, mixed-use business park, Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport has served extended stay guests in the area since 1997. Beginning with 96 rooms, this hotel added 54 in 2001 to bring the total number of fully functional suites to 150.

Key Highlights and Demand Generators. Supply for the Residence Inn Cincinnati Airport lies within close proximity. As the only upscale, extended-stay hotel in the area, this hotel capitalizes on its location within a premier business park which houses tenants such as Toyota, Wild Flavors, and The Gap. In addition to corporate stays and relocations, this hotel serves the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, which is located less than one mile away on I-275.
